I am excited to continue making a difference in the lives of others and look forward to connecting with you.

Gifta Anil, BSW
MSW Clinical Intern
Mental health has always been an important part of my life, and my interest in how people grow, heal, and transform their lives inspired me to pursue this path as a therapist.
I believe we all have the capacity to care for our mental well-being and move toward healing. My approach is grounded in a holistic understanding of people, recognizing how our environment, experiences, and identities shape who we are.
I strive to create a peaceful, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel safe to reflect and grow with clarity and self-compassion. Seeking support is one of the most courageous and meaningful steps a person can take, and I’m honored to walk alongside others in that process.
Aisha Rosario, BSW
MSW Clinical Intern
This journey has been both personal and professional for me. My lived experiences with trauma and identity have deeply shaped my passion for walking alongside others in their healing. Over time, I’ve gained experience working with vulnerable populations—those navigating substance use, teen pregnancy, generational cycles, and cultural identity struggles.
I believe in the power of collaboration and compassion to spark strength and empowerment in others. I’m especially drawn to working with adolescents and young adults, helping them find their voice, their grounding, and their next right step.
